I just purchased this app and it does not work....I can not put my food in! Don’t waste your $3.99

Does not allow to log food

brannev6 on

I’ve tried restarting the program, restarting my phone and updating my phone. The app will allow me to choose a food but not log it. Literally paid $4 for an app that does nothing. Awesome.

Terrible

Not intuitive at all. Zero instructions or help. Absolutely a waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY!

Waste of 3.99 I feel like I was fleeced

This doesn’t separate apples by types, it is worthless and I feel like they stole my 3.99.

Finally

I am more interested in GL than GI and finally a tracker that does that. I would like the favorites to stay in the quantities I enter rather than the default and I would like to be able to edit quantities as I move through the day, rather than add them - but overall a better GI tracker than others I’ve downloaded.

Don't waste your time or money

Hard to use. Many foods are not listed. Basically useless.

Not all that great for the price

The Tracker & Log window does not scroll and therefore mistaken entries below the window cannot be deleted. The app is not all that user friendly. Also, it includes items that have a zero glycemic index (like water) into the daily calculations. The daily tracker chart only displays average glycemic index (GI) which may be misleading. The edit mode only allows you to delete an entry. The custom add mode is virtually useless. The setting only allow you to delete all data, thus highly limiting functionality. This app was not well thought out. Need to go back to the drawing board on this app. Save your money. Wish there was a way to get a refund.

Don't Purchase

I bought the Diabetic package deal and it didn't even come with a diabetic app. In addition, the first food (mango) I tried to enter was not in the database. Mango is pretty common ... I would hope. In looking at the list, there clearly aren't that many foods and if this is suppose to make diabetic's lives easier then I don't need 4 separate apps AND need to create my own basic foods in the database! Maybe you need to test for 3 months on a type one diabetic to really understand how challenging this would be. Very disappointed.
