Scammer app
Got scammed by one of their drivers, supposedly the driver didn’t receive the etransfer and tried to intimidate me. At the end I had to pay on cash and more than the fare. I complained on the website and called several times and haven’t received any answer. People be careful!
App Needs Work, Service Ok
The service itself was ok. The app needs to show the ACTUAL cost of a trip (it always shows $12 even for out of city trips, so check their website for actual rates in advance). It also needs to make it clear there isn’t actually a debit/credit terminal and that you can only pay by e-transfer or cash. The rates being better than Uber/other taxis makes the poor app acceptable though and it’s not unusable.

i was so excited about this app thinking it would be $12 everywhere i go and then i come to find out its really not. wherever you are and wherever your destination may be, it will always say $12 on the app but once i ordered a ride, the driver said its acc $14 which is $2 less than what i take with uber. not a big difference and would not recommend it. atleast fix the price on the app.
