Fantastic product for our small volunteer-staffed NFP
Loyverse has changed our lives here at FUNKY Hearts Play Centre, helping us eliminate cash handling errors, ordering errors and being able to stay on top of our systems so well! Our biggest issue was end of day balancing, and Loyverse has completely changed that for us (hardly ever any errors anymore!). Integration with tyro is fantastic.
We love the search function for items, and the ability to update the system on the go for Specials or price updates.
Have just upgraded for Xero integration, and this is proving extremely helpful. Thanks for such a fantastic FREEmium app. You guys rock.
Needs new features
Amazing app but we can’t show/hide items from the app. Also the ticket number format is just too confusing for customers. Apart from that it is one of the best apps in the market

The whole system is easy to use and navigate. I had a minor issue and had immediate support from amazing support team. This might replace the clunky POS system that we’re using.

One alteration towards greatness
Haven’t had any issues what so ever. Really great app! Only alteration I would suggest is to be able to itemise the modifiers. Because this isn’t an option I’m finding that we are having to create triple ups of multiple items.

One of the best POS applications
This is by far one of the best and easy to use pos application and I have been using it for quite a while now. However, there are some feedback I’d like to give:
1. The “move ticket” function does not sometimes work correctly and tickets moved to another ticket will be lost often.
2. It is better if the modifiers can have a minimum and a maximum number of options to be chosen, i.e. a modifier can be both required or optional. (The variant functionality is similar to what I am explaining, however having more than one variant does not look so user friendly on the POS as you may have noticed)
3. It is good to have a section for special deals that can automatically apply a discount to a group of items once they are added to the ticket.
4. Also it is a good feature if the user can decide which modifiers to be printed for the kitchen, for the bar or on the bill.
Overall, this is a great app. Thank you so much.
