Description:
This app is an e-textbook reader for Lions Quest curriculum materials (Japanese version) and others in LQ-Port, a portal-site for Lions Quest Program workshop participants.
You select items from among the contents in LQ-Port Library, that you have access to and would like to use, and download them to this app installed in your devices (smartphone, tablet). You can use the downloaded items without Internet connection. Also, you can search in the downloaded items with keywords and insert annotations in various ways such as bookmarks, text-notes, stamps, etc.
Lions Quest Program is a life skills education program that helps children and youth to grow up to be an independent and responsible adult through learning life skills (social and emotional skills, non-cognitive skills) such as communication skills, self-control, goal setting, etc. Lions Quest provides educators with its curriculum materials compiled in accordance with the developmental stages of children and youth and professional trainings (workshops).
Lions Quest is owned by Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) and promoted in many countries around the world by Lions Clubs. In Japan, Japan Initiative for Youth Development (JIYD) acts as Lions Quest Office and promotes the program with the collaboration with Lions Clubs throughout the country.
