My lights have all worked fine for months, now none of the lights are being added to the app after I reset it in order to try to get the light to be added. No matter what I do it keeps timing out. Can somebody please explain what I need to do. Using Fritz! 7590 modem
The app crash a lot of times

The app works fine, but i look on my ipad, i only see very small camera shots, (size iphone). Very dissapointing... :-(
Awful app. You have to register and have internet access just to control a lightbulb in the same room! Harvest your data just for a lightbulb! Then it doesnt find the lighbulb. Need to reset. Then 3 weeks later it loses the bulb and you have to go through set up from reset all over again. I,m on my sixth reset in 4 months and just want to throw the stupid bulb and app away. Truly awful, and enormous timewaster! Oh, switch your light bulb on and off twice, (go in room, leave, come back again) and the bulb will reset! Start over. Lol. Just buy a cheap warm bulb on amaz and forget stupid “smart” led!
There’s no way to connect it to alexa. It doesn’t even find the app LSC smart when you try to add a device or a skill. So I can just turn them on and off with my phone which is annoying so I ended up using them just like regular lights.
This app is trash. I never paired a device because it’s not possible. They show that they have found you device even if it’s turned off. Not recommended 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
