LTS Connect FAQ
Is LTS Connect free?
Yes, LTS Connect is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is LTS Connect legit?
⚠️ The LTS Connect app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
This app was working fine until 2 weeks ago, but now it changed or need to update it, every time i opened the app and turns the cameras on , takes a second for the app to crash. i am so frustrated. August 28-2024.
I have reported in August the app crashes, did anyone pay attention on this review and try fixing the issue please.
No. Support for MacBooks
The application is not supported on MacBooks. It is only compatible with Apple M1 chip. MacBooks have Intel chips also and this can’t be installed. There is no web interface to connect and view also.
No Support
This was a garbage app to bring with and after updating a wireless router/modem I have no way of reconnecting the system. Installation company worthless as well. Dumping all this for my own wireless system.
Something missing
The app works fine. The only problem I have with this app is when I display my cameras on my app. It works only for a certain time and then I have to reload the Camera to keep watching if there are any option make the cameras works without stopping please let me know.
iPad Viewing
Did something change a couple of weeks ago?
I monitor 9 cameras on my ipad. I used to be able to change camera positions on my screen by putting my finger on an image and then dragging it to another position. Now I can only do that by holding my cursor on an image and dragging it to a different position. Also in the past all my images stayed on the screen unless I closed the LTS App.
Now the App closes after a while by itself, and then when I open the App none of the images are in the same place as they were when it closed. I hope this can be resolved soon if it’s related to some changes that happened recently.
Playback Issue - Needs an update ASAP
The app needs an update. I am unable to use playback on any of my cameras.
This system is trash
This company only works with technicians. If your installer avoids you after installation, you are out of luck. The process for getting the system reconnected to the WiFi is cumbersome. DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM. Buy one that will talk to customers and troubleshoot basic problems!
Not really for iPad
Only works on landscape mode. Also only shows 4 cameras at a time. If you have more cameras, you have to scroll. On the iPhone you can select how many cameras you can display, from 4, 8, 12 to 16. LTS fix this!
Playback on notifications not working
The playback option, on notifications, is not there anymore. I believe the disappearance coincided with the recent Apple 18.1 update. Please fix it. Thanks.
poor usability
The app has usability issues. Repeated 5-minute notifications disrupt viewing, and pressing back returns users to the home screen, requiring date and time to be reloaded. Each window must load individually, with no batch option for playback. Fast-forward options are unreliable, freezing or moving too quickly, and the favorites feature lacks efficient organization. Developers could improve the experience by addressing these issues and testing the app to understand user challenges better.
