How does it work? All you have to do is start a sleep session and go to bed. Everdream will monitor your sleep, measure sleep stages, and ring an alarm during REM sleep to help you become aware that you are dreaming. Uh its Good I JUST WISH IT WOULD ACTUALLY WAKE ME UP WHEN IM IN REM IG I THINK
It’s not tracking the audio or vibrations, causing the alarm to not go off
It’s not tracking, and so the alarm doesn’t wake me up

I love how i can set alarms and i really like the built in dream journal. I also enjoy the reality check remindeds.

I am having problems with my alarm. Every time I start a session the alarm won’t go off at all in the night. Is there anything I can do it fix it?
