I tried to use it for my work, but stucked when tried to duplicate some already created elements. It's impossible in this app! Are you kidding? This is, probably, one of the most used features in such apps. Very hard to use it without this feature. As for the rest, app is quite good, but subscription model spoils everything. Not an option for me because necessity to build some diagram arises for me very occasionally.
