Takes a while for information to be accurate. The step count is WAY off and you cant accurately look back at previous days steps it jumps to a different day.

I like the ring and feel it does an okay job. Although I am a chronic napper and doesn’t track them only when I sleep at night. Then on the physical and mental readiness I could be at a “good” state but the description always says “your overall state today is.not good…”

Can’t complete the registration process so the ring is useless

Just got ring everything synced fine. But the app only has 3 types of exercise. Running, walking and cycling. There needs to be more like dancing, hiking, kickboxing, boxing, rowing etc. what do I choose when I’m in a dance class?? Walking? Please add more workouts.

I got the ring but I can’t sign up for the app, it asks for a verification code but no way to get it. Waste of money

Sleep portion is not accurate at all! I work night shift and on the days I sleep during the day it does not track sleep at all. It only tracks sleep when I actually sleep during the night time and when it does track sleep the times are not correct. So makes me wonder if the rest is accurate such as step. Also cannot click day by day as it jumps a day. Very dissatisfied!!

Can’t even log in to the app It is asking for a code but it is not sending a request to my email

The app doesn’t work so you can’t use the ring. Fraud!

The first day everything worked fine but each day since one by one things quit working. The ring was cheap for a reason…it doesn’t work!

I followed all of the instructions, downloaded, removed, redownloaded, ring is charged and on charger when trying to connect…nothing works. Can’t really use the ring without the app. Waste of money.
