Sometimes it is ok most is to slow and plugs your phone full of unfinished things like reel half loaded page
They offer online updates for your pays but in real life they don’t work
this is the easiest app to use. it’s always a pleasure to use it and without any stress. i recommend it over most apps especially my banking app.

Le fait de promouvoir l’application de self-service en offrant la possibilité de modifier votre forfait vous-même et je finis par payer 38$ pour une période de 4 jours et ma ligne fut coupé car mon nouveau forfait coûtait 50$ en me laissant upgrader mon forfait et me laisser choisir la date d’entré en vigueur, proposant soit le 1 (Date du début de mon contrat initial) ou soit le 4…. J’en ai déduis que si je le faisais commencé a la date que mon autre contrat avais commencé vous n’alliez que me charger la balance entre les deux forfaits donc je n’ai ré-approvisionné mon compte que de la valeur de cette balance mais vu que vous avez décidé que le 1er contract était canceller jai eu a payer les deux forfaits pour le mois et l’un d’entres-eux ne ma Servit que pour la durée de quatre jours.. si au moins j’avais pu utiliser toute les données du premier forfait avant que vous l’annuliez car mon compte suspendu et bien je me pouvais aller sur internet pour me transférer de l’argent pour pouvoir approvisionner mon compte pour le réactivé.. vraiment ordinaire autant que « l’aide » reçue de la part d’une de vos chères représentes qui m’a en gros dit qu’il n’y avait rien a faire a par réapprovisionné le compte mais ne pas proposé de solution pour régler le problème…
My phone keeps getting no SIM Card and then I lose all the connection. I have to restart my phone few times a day to make sure I have a service. Quite annoying, especially when I’m in the middle of doing an important job with my phone that needs internet and cell service. I’m looking into switching to a different provider.
I have serious doubts that this is a legitimate telecommunications company. It is more inline with a phishing scam, but if it isnt, then it is the most incompetent and disorganized business that has ever held a GST/HST number. I could go on for hours about how everything at Lucky is categorically broken, but I will sum it up by saying they took money and then claimed i didnt pay for services and then when i filed a ccts complaint they responded to my complaint with screenshots of their internal billing system clearly showing my successful transactions while saying i did not pay again after my initial payment. I also did not receive my dollarama gift card, they sent me the same dead code over and over when i inquired about it. Why were you attempting to send me the code if i had no successful transactions? The Canadian Telecom Industry is going to see a massive class action because while Lucky is the biggest joke, the rest of the inbreds of the Oligarch are aspiring comedians. I will not be part of the class action, because i am sueing Lucky individually, i have supporting evidence of blatant ignorance and what appears to be intentional malice. We will all be lucky when they get the hell out of this country, and please take Bell along with you.
