Lucky Seven Taxis

orderd my taxi on card money went out my account no taxi was there i called up the woman on the phone had a discusting attitude give me my money back

The driver was very polite and professional. Reached on time and his driving was very smooth.

Just downloaded the app (I know I should have read the reviews first) what a waste of time I’m going around in circles trying to schedule and pre book a pickup for an airport transfer and every time I try to schedule the booking it says try to pre book but there’s no navigation to enable to pre book and just back to schedule a booking again!! I’ll use one of their competitors now. I’ll now remove the app from my phone.

This has happend everytime recently when using the app, i will make a booking for about an hours time ahead, sometimes longer to give them enough notice, but i book it and they reject it straight away after the money has already come out of my bank. Why take the money out if u r going to reject it

App works fine and never really had an issue with it but that doesn’t matter because whenever u book a taxi u need to book it 2 hours before u need to be their because it takes 5 years for someone to accept your ride

We prebooked a taxi 2 days before. On the day the taxi didn’t even head off till 20 mins after he was meant to get us, got to us after when my important doctors appointment was mean to be. Awful Awful customer service, app, and timing.

Had to get too work I booked a taxi for five past five in the morning and got two messages due to high demand your taxi is running late I had two messages saying the same thing and at 5.45 they cancelled my booking and ended up booking with auto cabs who turned up even tho I was now late for work and lucky seven still charged me absolute crap they are rubbish must be worst taxis ever should be called unlucky seven

The app is okay. But the drivers are rude . Dispatch service is more disgusting than the small in the cars.

Id just go for any other service personally like Uber/ Roseville/ Sid’s etc otherwise you will just get drivers accepting your job then cancelling it over and over again which really shouldn’t be allowed once they accept they should stick to the job but if you only have a normal or small size journey you will wait longgggggg times as the money clearly isn’t worth it to the drivers

How this company is still going I will never know, did use them a lot at one time, but decided my life was more important, bad drivers, bad cars, don’t think either of them should be out on the road, let alone carrying passengers, but again got in one tonight, just wanted to get home after along day, my son paid on his card,got 2 mile up road, it broke down, driver told me I’d got to sort another taxi and to get out, he then drove off and left me stranded on my own, 15 mins for another taxi, which I had to pay for, as I hadn’t done previous booking, shocking and appalling, lucky 7, you should not be in business, you are a risk to peoples safety, do not use this company, shame on you
