I had worked myself over a year to 4 billion coins. Every time that get ready to add new game things go down hill and other games don’t play right, very choppy slow running and no wins. They set a pre bet according to your coins mine was 2 to 4 billion I’m very conservative and only bet 150 thousand in one week time they took all my winnings. I emailed customer support on aug 10 through aug 15th and as of today oct 10th I’m still waiting for a response from customer support. I never had this problem with customer support that end of the casino always impressed me, but all of a sudden games screwed up and no customer support to answer your issues. I would like for them to read my emails to them and give me a answer to my questions, but it’s not looking good. First , I can’t not get a hold of their customer service!,, then every time I spend money it kicks me out and I lose my bonuses or free spins , which are already extremely hard to get! I have never won more the I spent! I’ve played a lot of the casino apps avail., this is, by far, the worse one. Example: their “diamond” game, if you hit double, triple and bar, you get nothing? The payouts for any win are always a lot less than what you are bidding so there is no way to win. Deleted this app after 10 mins.
