Lugus Parental Interaction

NOTICE: YOU MUST NOT INSTALL THIS APP unless you are a parent or legal guardian of a child in an educational community that uses the Lugus solution to interact with students' Chromebooks.
Parental Interaction has been designed to create a new model of digital coexistence in the home, in keeping with the 21st century and digital natives. It facilitates the participation of parents in the supervision and safeguarding of their children.
It is important to emphasise that this application will only work if it has been previously activated by the ICT Administrator of the school.
This application includes the innovative "PLEASE LISTEN!" function, which will allow you, as a parent or guardian, to freeze the screen of your child's Chromebook for a limited time, in order to help him/her perform a specific action (eat, bathe, brush his/her teeth, etc.), or simply chat with you.
Thanks to the Internet Filter's “Easy-Override” technology, you can switch between three or four different browsing modes, depending on the configuration set by your school's ICT Administrator.
With the Digital Wellbeing function, you will be able to set necessary rest periods, where the Chromebook screen will freeze every day of the week at the same time (for example during the night, or at break time). You will be able to set the browsing mode for your child's Chromebook for different times of the day.
All the settings and actions that you make from this application will only be valid outside school or the school hours of your child.
