Nu funcționează
O aplicație de tot râsul pe care nu o pot folosi de peste jumătate de an . Am sunat și am vb cu o grămadă de persoane din compania Lukoil și toate mi au spus ca se rezolvă și voi putea folosi aplicația . Din anul 2023 mă tot păcălesc și nici până acum nu au rezolvat problema. În luna Octombrie 2024 le-am trimis și mail în care le solicitam să mă ajute dar tot degeaba , niciun răspuns . Am 3 carduri de loialitate pe SC dar aplicația nu o pot folosi , niciodată nu primesc codul Pin pt logare .
Cod de securitate
Bună ziua! Am încercat de nenumărate ori să îmi fac cont pe aplicație. Nu primesc codul de securitate. L-am solicitat de cel puțin 10 ori, și degeaba. Update: jumătate de an mai târziu, încă încerc să îmi fac cont! Nu primesc codul! Rezolvați această problemă!!
Aplicatia nu functioneaza
M-a delogat automat si la casa de marcat m-am trezit ca nu puteam sa ma mai loghez, la introducerea corecta a numarului de telefon nu primesc nici un mesaj cu codul de autentificare

am instalat aplicatia introdus si activat cardul…. imi spune adaugare reusita si revine la cererea de numar de telefon si incepe activarea cardului din nou si tot asa …. nu trece de etapa de inregistrare card

După ultima actualizare a aplicației, aceasta nu mai poate fi utilizată pentru plăți.
Nu funcționează qr code ul
După ultimul update aplicația nu mai generează QR code la plata cash

Eram Vip si acum cand ma uit m-a trecut platina eu avand punctele necesare. De ce?
Nu merge
Nu ma mai pot autentifica. Nu primesc codul de autentificare.
