Easy to use yet engaging. I wonder if adding the ability to change the audio track for different moods and scenarios may improve engagement further? It would also be nice to have the ability to maybe change the color of the particles and glow. Overall, the haptic feedback can help people who have a difficulty with getting sidetracked during typical audio meditations.
This app is great!!! It’s so relaxing, and the music is great. No ads that I’ve seen so far, very minimalistic and easy to use. Would highly recommend! I’m not good at meditating or otherwise calming down, but this app’s haptics and music makes it interesting enough to stay focused.
I wrote another review but I was rejected for being too close to the F word. I’ve been using this app for a few months now. I really enjoy it. The haptics are great especially if you like lying with your eyes closed. The only downside, and reason for docking 1 star, I wish I could change the background of the ‘play’ area. You could also have a menu to select which experience you want: Screen on, screen off, basic, color, etc. Great app, nonetheless
This app is very relaxing and great for people who need to stim. I struggle to stay focused while meditating, and Lull actually makes that possible. One suggestion I would love to see implemented: Make one of the audio tracks a guided breathing meditation. Even if you don’t use words, you can make it so certain sounds mean inhale and exhale. I find myself holding my breath a lot while using this app, which is the only downside.
I feel like I could cry, I feel so relaxed and at peace. This app is perfect.
This is hands down the most relaxing app I’ve ever used in my life, I’m blown away. I’ve been using it for a couple months now off and on, and it calms my whole body down so quick. It’s also free and user friendly. I love to use it at night with headphones, or sit in a dark space to take a break with it during the day. The only thing I want is to be able to listen to the music of my phone screen goes dark. It’s the most relaxing background music and I’d love to use it to help fall asleep.
the haptic feedback is great, it’s relaxing and the act of focusing on looking for the purple dot really keeps you in the moment. when i’m feeling anxious (like right now) it relaxes me while i’m using it and for a few minutes after. i do get anxious again quickly after using it, but i think that’s just because how my brain works, not the fault of the app. pretty good app.
This app helps me get out of my head and stop fixating on negative and unproductive thoughts. Wish there were more people and organizations making products like this. I hope the developers will keep pushing this and see what other kinds of things they could add
Lull is really calming & also really satisfying, with some light feeling of accomplishment & resolution - from the haptic feedback. This is a great addition to a calming practice app. I think it provides more mental stress release in a shorter time. I usually do not get much benefit from doing meditation or breathing exercises, etc. shorter than 10 minutes; with Lull, I benefit from just 1 min. Also, I love that I can pick anything from 1-5 min or go on as long as I’d like. At some point it would be great to have options like color scheme, wide range of music or using own music. I recently found a series of artists making a particular set of meditation music that I have been using lately. (This may be an option if you turn off sound & start your music - or may not play inside app. I haven’t tried.)
