A Healing Compassionate Practice
After a long absence from yoga, I have returned to my practice with Christi at LuluYoga. Her guidance is calm and the precise cues and imagery have helped me articulate each pose without rushing through vinyasas. Because she is so methodical and thorough, I have noticed my strength and flexibility grow significantly in three weeks. Her reflections, mindfulness and quotes provide a deeper, symbolic practice. Her personality and charm makes me feel like she’s a best friend, caring, generous and reliable. I am so grateful for this healing and compassionate practice.
