Lumenplay App-Enabled Lights

Removed the ability to sync music to the lights. That was the whole reason I bought the lights in the first place. Big disappointment

These lights were on sale at my local hardware store, 24 lights for 24.99 (former price $85))). I bought two strings, then added a third. They worked for awhile - you can make and store your own patterns - but after a few days the controller started dropping the connection and the lights now blink randomly. Patterns will work until you change your phone screen, then it’s chaos. There have been no app upgrades for a few years, not a good sign. I think these are going back to the store.

Hi, i was going to download this app because i searched up on safari “what app can i download to change the color of my LED lights?” And this popped up it looked cool so i downloaded it it took 1 second to download which i was surprised and went on to it and i didn’t have to sign up or anything, but i had to turn on Bluetooth. Totally fine! I clicked on a color and it didn’t work. I clicked help and it said to unplug my LED lights then plug them back in. So i did. Didn’t work. Terrible app do not recommend.

Lumen play night mare will not control all the sets resets ever time and loses memory

I really loved the music feature. I would like for y’all to please add the music feature back. And maybe also add some more effects options for the lights as well! But I will always love these lights!

Please add it back this destroyed my favorite aspect of these lights

This is our second year to put these up. They are well made and very beautiful. We have fun changing our custom scenes almost daily and there are plenty of different effects. Please PLEASE bring back the timer function and the music feature. We chose these lights over other brands specifically because of the “dancing lights” capability. That was truly special.

Put the timer function back in the app!

Pairing with iPhone/pad - takes forever. Do NOT upgrade! Features that were there last year were taken away. Not my idea of an improvement, plus, you are right back to step one. App rarely opens to the home page and there is no way to get out of “looking for strand” page, so, if you want to turn it on or off, put on your slippers, you will be heading outside.

I do enjoy these lights and have been using them for years. So spending an hour trying to find the timer function assuming I forgot where is was just to find out it’s been removed is very annoying and confusing.
