Does not go past the location screen.

Saw a doctor that screamed on me that ill have an avc if im not careful. Since when a doctor can be this empathethic and scream on a patient? Made me cry and made me more anxious than before and i do not recommend!

To complicated, I have already paid for my prescription and hope to get my money back, not waiting for a response from a robot and drove 20 miles to pick up prescription waiting in line to find out I have to wait on the phone garbage

There is absolutely NOTHING intuitive about this app. It is difficult to navigate and at every turn it wants more personal information. Instead of simply allowing you to add dependents, it asks for their email addresses so it can ‘invite’ them to use the app. What!?!

Doesn’t work, can’t even log in. Tried everything

Keep asking for information that they already asked during account setup. No real actions taken after long time. Slow reaction to customer inquiries. Stay away from this.

I’ve tried several times now to install this app on both my personal and my work phone and every time I do it gets stuck on finding your location. Anyone else having this problem?

Horrible app, whenever needed not available. Somebody calling me after 3 - 4 hours and saying to go to a clinic ridiculous! I already got the solution in 30 mins from another virtual healthcare.
