Lumo Rewards

App crashes every time you try to add a different amount of.

This operation not allowed in current authentication state. Started getting this message was working perfectly earlier

App won’t load to login and use rewards. Tried refreshing and updating but app won’t open at login

I’ve bought a card using “reward dollars”, but can’t seem to access it.

Took me nearly 40 minutes, speaking to an Indian call centre. (who could hardly understand what I was saying), to find out that the Lumo Rewards program is not available to Victorian customers. Maybe they should write this on their app details page, to save people wasting their time!

Can log into my account online but when try to log in tells me need to be a customer shouldn’t let dumb apps in smart phones

It keeps saying no internet connection. There is virtually no phone support. I had to go via the browser looks like no David Jones gift card when I queried this the lady from the phone support number did not know why and suggest to call them figure that out. App on IPHONE says no internet connection quite useless at the moment. No updates made to this app for a long time probably out of date with IOS updates.

Great program that gives me discounts from loads of retailers. The app is easy to use too.
