This app started out fine but then when I went to recharge the 2 ND time to continue my conversation they had removed the PayPal payment option. The other 2 option does not work. I tried several times. I reached out to customer service and they were even more furstrating to deal with and of no help. I really wished I could have had a better experience and easier app to work with

By psychic on here hear what I had to say. Definitely helped me out in life. I’m gonna pray on it and wait for my soulmate be back. Way they said about her. I noticed she has been checking on me. 4 years with her don’t think she will throw that away. But definitely recommend anyone here. Make sure choose right psychic.

Disappointing
I had a frustrating experience with the customer service from this company. I asked the astrologer a question and never received an answer and the session ended in less than a minute. I contacted customer service though their chat to inform them. They gave me incorrect information about refreshing the app to get my credit back, when that was not the case. Then they refused to properly address the situation and said I had consumed all my available credit, even though that was not true. This kind of poor customer service and false information is very disappointing. As a customer, I should be able to rely on the company to provide accurate information and properly resolve any issues I’m facing.

Spent $40 and was asked so many questions by the “top” reader on the list. He skirted around my question so much and took forever to respond. Maybe there are honest readers but not worth the risk of losing more money.
