I just renewed my subscription for a year, but when I opened the app, it won’t let me do anything! I can’t even find a “Help” option so I wonder if this app is no longer being supported. I LOVED this app - so what happened???

I keep getting error msgs. Doesn’t work to load FX’s
I absolutely loved this app, but can’t get it to work. I have deleted and reinstalled it, but it won’t work. I can’t view my FX because it keeps saying error. 😤 Update! It’s been a few days, but the app is back up and working! Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
PAID SUBSCRIPTION NOT WORKING !
I am trying to to like this app as i have had it for a few years. I pay for the yearly subscription and it hasnt worked right for me in months, none of the effects I paid and downloaded work, I cant edit anything or upload my pictures. I need help with the app to work!
Doesn't work at all
when I click on the + I can't even get a photo to load whatsoever and all it takes me to is a white screen that says Lumyer at the top but no way to get a photo anymore to work on. Basically just say worthless app. I'm glad I have the Werble app.
