Local network not working
Keeps saying the two devices are on different networks but this is not the case. Both devices are on airplane mode and on the same WiFi. I have also tried disabling “private address” in settings but still the app insists the devices are on different networks
Waste of time
Free version is useless, constant pop up for premium version
Waste of money
This is not worth the money. It does not work properly and is unreliable. Put the money towards a monitor. I tried contacting for a refund but no response. I have now deleted app.
Forced to pay twice
Being forced to pay again as app reset and needed to be reinstalled . It will not allow me to select restore purchases . Annoyed
Free app doesn’t work
Works well but keeps saying need to buy premium because we are using different networks but WE ARE USING THE SAME WIFI NETWORK!! Seems they don't want to honour the free version. A mistake really as if the free version worked well im sure a lot more people would upgrade.
Free version is useless
The free version is completely useless. Don’t try premium because free version was so bad. For free version you need to be on the same network, which I was it just didn’t register. It doesn’t notify you when the connection is lost, despite it saying it does, it just said baby was sleeping!
Doesn’t work very well. Crashes.
Disappointed.
Misleading advertising
My husband has purchased the premium version for £11.99. He s set up his phone as Baby Station but I can’t use my iPhone as Patent Station unless I pay another £11.99 on top of it…
Non responsive
My husband paid for premium by mistake on my phone. We weren’t going to use it as the free trial didn’t work for us. I’ve contact support multiple times for a refund and they’ve been totally non-responsive. Really frustrating…
