Luna Grill

Ordered, used Apple Pay, app says charge was declined but credit card issuer says it went through. Placed order again, charged card a second time. App Again says it was declined when it wasn’t. Went to store. They said it happens “all the time” and they told me to call my bank, which I had already done. App needs to be updated to avoid fraudulent charges.

Food is good but app is garbage. Does not let me order no many how many times I have updated and entered information. Every other app I have works, but this one gets stuck and swirls forever.

App keeps crashing on me. There are many glitches.

I use this app to order food for my dad and I almost order everyday One day i had to cancel the order because i entered wrong amount of tip and eversince then can’t order from app anymore It’s keep saying order amount is wrong and won’t let me check out Please someone from Luna grill app fix this issue I tried to do different account but doing the same thing And I email the problem but no one responded

Almost impossible to navigate!

The app works great. It’s very user friendly, very intuitive, and seamless; however, when adding a tip to the purchase, the ApplePay button doesn’t do anything when clicked. Once the tip is removed, the button functions properly. Please fix; I want to be able to tip the couriers.

The app consistently fails today

Flat out ignore my email, I was overcharged my order was incomplete will no be ordering from here again.
