Luna Therapist

The app is great and easy to use for documentation. My issue so far has to do with communication from Luna-I was notified thru the app that the patient had cancelled a visit but still had next visit scheduled within the app. Went to the following visit and had to call to find out she had been hospitalized and was going to rehab. I wish I would have been notified sooner from Luna and not made the trip.

I like the contrast of the finished document before I sign it off (it is crispy clear ). However, the document I start typing manually, the fonds are faded and the background is faded. When the fond is pink and faded, it’s hard to see when you’re outside on the road trying to type or dictate the notes. I wish the font was a little darker so my eyes do not get strained every time I try to type a note.

No PT ever said, I love documentation. But the Luna app makes it so tolerable. The interview function is obviously great as it can be used while driving, but even talk-to-text is so much more accurate and geared towards PT language than regular texting or using Google talk-to-text. Highly recommended!

Documentation has never been easier. Whether while working with the patient or while on the road, I have never had to take documentation home which is the opposite of what I’ve had to do while working for a clinic. Patients really love the ability to have treatment at home as well!

I got logged out of my PT account mid-treatment and I tried to log back in and now it says “login credential error”… impossible to reach anyone in tech support via phone number since there’s no direct line. Also been having errors withdrawing my pay for 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed the error even though the support team said they were addressing it. When I try to end patient sessions it also says “error” and I have to refresh the app.

First, Luna is an amazing way to deliver high quality physical therapy care. I love the freedom and flexibility I have with scheduling and the app is intuitive. This organization is top notch in every way. My only frustration is that the autochart (dictation) does not work with T-mobile. The autochart call drops after 30 seconds. I have done extensive research and this appears to be an app issue. I am hoping that the developers will be able to address this bug on the next update. This would remove a significant barrier to efficiency.

I love Luna PT. I am able to provide high quality care independently like I would in my private practice. Awesome team to work with. Patients love it when therapist provides care at home .

It’s been so great to be with Luna. I am able to provide the quality outpatient care in a super flexible manner with a great per visit compensation!! And of course the app is a tech marvel.. everything from my schedule/time off, my patients schedule/intake forms/address/chat and communication with Luna can all happen here.. so excited that there is a cool company like Luna that has modern technology!
