I recently placed an order through Lunchera. I reviewed the charges and place the order. But when they sent me the email with the charges breakdown, they had applied an additional $2.15 for service fee. I contacted them to dispute the charge, but they never replied to me. I deleted the app. I felt they ripped me off. They definitely aren’t trustworthy.
Doesn’t let you edit your order. You have to delete the app and download again and redo the order…..
It is very difficult to edit an order once you have made! Aweful!
Used to be fine. After new upgrade, ask for phone number to send a code to verify, but never send such code. So, now it’s worthless.
I love their services but the App is a disaster. Have to enter all the information again and again or made me sign up with Facebook.

New update logged me out and the “continue” button so I can log in doesn’t work.
Ahora añadieron el “small order fee” estan en camino a convertirse igual o peor que uber eats. Es una pena porque por eso me gustaba mas lunchera pero borrare el app y ahora voy a buscar alternativas. Descartado como uber eats.
“That’s not on us”. It is very difficult to get in touch with Lunchera to address issues with the order and once they reply, they apologize for the inconvenience, but nothing else happens. My food was cold, my tacos were soggy and my order took more than the estimated time that was shown in the app. “No es nuestro problema/nuestra culpa”. Es extremadamente difícil comunicarse con Lunchera para hacer reclamos relacionados a la orden y, una vez contestan, se disculpan por los inconvenientes, pero no accionan más allá de eso. Mi comida llegó fría, mis tacos estaban mongos y mi orden tardó más de lo que indicaba el tiempo esperado en el app.
