I just had to uninstall even though I have a subscription because it ate through my battery by being active in the background for the last 19 hours and I wasn’t even using it. Wish I could get a refund.
Love it, and two suggestions!
Great app! Has really helped me create and maintain a bedtime routine that I actually look forward to, leading to better sleep quality. Two suggestions: make the sleep elixir optional—I typically use a different app for my meditation before bed. Also I would LOVE to see a feature where you can tell the app when you’re going to sleep—once I’ve completed my habits I want to lock it in by saying goodnight.

So Far I love it!!
I’ve only been using this app for about two weeks and so far I absolutely love it. It is helping me understand that I need a sleep ritual and exactly how to do it. There’s only three journeys and I didn’t give it five stars because I wanna see how everything goes over the next couple months, but so far I absolutely love it!!!
Changed my life
This ecosystem of apps is worth every penny. It has helped me in so many ways. I’ve really noticed a change in my sleep schedule. I just hope they add more journeys soon!!
