Don’t Use the app - waste of time
This is complete waste of my time during holidays. It took me 2 days to log in via reception desk. Nothing works on this app. No point using this if you need to call.

After struggling to log in, but this was sorted by the concierge desk. The app showed lots of useful information in clouding menus and experiences. The only way it would be made better is to show all the activities available.
This app is a nice idea but unfortunately just doesn’t work. Basic information like restaurant menus or cinema times/details aren’t added, and in order to sign in, it asks for your guest QR code or reference number, neither of which I’ve been given? Needs work.
Version 4.69 Guys if this is stabilised I dread to think what it was like before. It loaded once out of 7 times and most pictures don’t load at all. Really really ssslllooowww as well. Shame.
Signed me out, couldn’t sign back in. Even before it signed me out it, it was taking a ling time to start up. It’s quite an important part of your stay so frustrating it’s so buggy.
Unfortunately the app is not functional and should never have been released.
App didn’t work for part of my stay and information on restaurants was not updated regularly (i.e., restaurants were open according to the app when in fact they were closed).
