Doesn’t work well on iPad os
Can’t select the flights when opening on the iPad.
App and Website Luxair
I reinstalled this app because I could not claim the high five voucher. Nor with the old app nor with the new app. Nor on my MacBooks which have different OIS nor with Safari nor with Chrome. The screen stays empty. I tried to phone Luxair but either no answer nor I have to wait until they come back to me since I already did send them an email with print screens. Personally I think the high five does not work since Luxair announced the extension of the high five program ! I was always very happy with the app and their website. Maybe their IT department should have a look at this but impossible to talk to someone from this department !!!
Bookings time out
Whenever I try to book flights I get an error message when entering my credit card details saying that I have taken too long or that I have used the page back function. Shame because I try to enter my details as soon I I can and have not used the page back function
Cant add pass to wallet
The app is slow, keep delaying loading of data. even if option exists it does not allow for the pass to be added in the wallet, it does not even show the wallet version but keeps redirecting via multiple links to check in options, having to enter data of booking ref etc each time. Grrrr
Wallet funktionniert nicht!
Sehr schade! Wegen der Walletschnittstelle habe ich mir diese App geholt. Leider funktionniert diese Funktion so gar nicht. Als Vielflieger wirklich sehr schade da ich auf altmodischem Weg meine Bordkarte ausdrucken muss!!
Account login does not work
I want to connect my account but there is always standing ‘oops something went wrong’ and I already changed the password.
La grosse arnaque !!!!
Le code pour une réduction de prix de 20 euros n’est pas accepté par l’application. Quand on réessaye plusieurs fois, il faut renouveler la page. Grosse surprise : le billet devient plus cher de 20 euros, comme le site détecte notre adresse IP. Si on essaye d’acheter le même billet à partir d’une autre adresse IP, le billet est moins cher bien évidemment.

don t use the voucher code in this app, it blockes your assurance for the flight and the support from luxair is not willing to help in that case! very disappoiting, deleted the app right after this scam
Desastrous app
Changed password 6 times and everytime same message ‘system error try again later’ A shame for a company like Luxair
