I rang LE with a request to upgrade a booking to Fiji both accommodations & flights. Seemed simple enough but as it’s vey busy at that time things started to unravel and become a pain in the neck! Flights had to coordinate with boats to islands and then islands with flights home. Our consultant was just absolutely brilliant.. we were on the call for over an hour we had some good laughs some wanting to throw the computer out the window and banging fists on the desk ( that was me) just when it looked like coming together, one tiny little thing would not make it go forward. In the end it was Done! We both agreed if we had been in the same state we would have met up for a few mimosas. I really hope her managers in Sydney seek her out and recognise what a valuable member of staff they have.. Cheers Christie Sunshine Coast
