Payment failure

I was trying to consult online but payment got failed multiple times. waiting for refund, No reply in email , phone number is also not reachable , seems they are bankrupt they are looting people, I would suggest all to don't use their app for online consultation

Worst app

Worst app ever don’t use anyone these app they deduct my money and their doctors not reply my queries

misleading appointment

i got appointment using the app, reached hospital on time only to find that the doctor does not sit there on the allotted time. he visits in the evening for few hours but the app is showing whole day as available slot.

Payment issue

Worst application i make payment two times to consult a doctor 300*2 times it doesnt reflected in any account either in wallet or my account.i reported through the application there is no response these guys are cheating

Fraud

My money was debited but they were constantly showing payment incomplete

They just take money and forget. The doctor does not reply for days and they wont refund the money.

Worst sharing your personal information and data with other site

Worst application for doctor they share all your infromtiaon including contact detail of study and everthing with other sites Even it’s not easy to contact with and not have any access to deleting the Acc permanently

I didn’t get response from doctor….

Scam app

Made payment .. showed payment failed but received email from lybrate that payment received. No mechanism to reach out to customer care to raise concern. SCAM AND FRAUD

Worst medical app

Your app is just worse than any other app I have used. I try to make payment to doc it will be made in 2-3 attempts each and every time. Sometimes message sent by doctor did not reach me. your app crashes multiple times. And also wrote email to your email the only response or solution to these are plz update the app . And that also did not work. Just that the doctor I am consulting is doing fine , otherwise will never recommend anyone this app
