Lyca Mobile NL

This is the worst app ever, it always lags and every time you need to use it, it won’t work. This is more about lyca but costumer service is really bad and the app doesn’t help. If you’re able to use another service DO IT

Impossible to find invoices, gives incorrect information and nothing is where it should be. Wish I had picked a different mobile company

Have bought 6 months bundle. But can’t use it after 4th month 😓. Technical support tells that i have to prove and provide evidence that i bought it and not have used for 6 month . terrible 😞

Each time after upgrade need verification

At almost every opening of an app I need to enter phone number again, and again, and again….

I have experienced disappointment with Lyca Netherlands multiple times with poor services , I bought data online and I was scammed by lyca .

nog nooit zoeits verschikkelijks meegemaakt als lycamobile nooit nooit nooit doet mijn internet het het lijkt wel of ik eerst moet belen met de klanten service voordat ik gebruik kan maken ven mijn internet zo zielig en miserable ik zou nooit maar dan ook niet iemand zon verkankerde telefoon internetmaatschapij aanbieden

App is not functioning and working properly, couldn’t access app already for 2 days

App intro is like 7 seconds, unnecessary long. Often after a new version I have to log in again by an sms code, irritating.

It’s a trash app and also the service. They robbed me many time with the mobile data. If you buy for 10 euro 3GB it’s sometime only 1 Gb. Slow and not always allowed to pay with ideal. I don’t recommend it to nobody.
