LYNX Bus Tracker by DoubleMap

This app is having a lot of problems, it does not show the real location of the buses, when you open it to use it it freezes. It should be said that the buses are not running at the time they should, it has become an odyssey to get a bus. I hope it is solved.

Im unable to view the routes of any buses mist of the time and cannot choose a specific route i want to look at because if i do the app crashes.

It won’t even work. I spent money on tickets and now the app doesn’t work. so i have no way to get on a bus and wasted money that i no longer have any access to. Such a disappointing and scamming service. smh

Dear developer, there’s a problem with the app. I have a iPhone 7+ plus phone and when I use my data, the app won’t work even though my data is on. When I use the wi-fi, the app works but when I used my data, it doesn’t or won’t work. Please found a way to update the app for my iPhone 7+ plus so the app can work on it, thank you.

I always use this app to find where the bus is atm, but suddenly the app crashes or the buses stop moving, so i have to re-launch the app every three minutes

In the Select Route section, I can’t actually select a route. Only the select all or none buttons work.

As of 5/13/23 (perhaps earlier) the app is working/functioning.

Why don't you see the routes?

I use this app daily to make sure my bus is running. All of the sudden, it stopped working entirely. What happened?

Today was the first time I used the Lynx bus and tried to access via the app to find out about routes by time schedules. It was a bad experience and that’s putting it nicely. I’ve had this app download for a while, but never needed to use the bus. Today I tried to find out what time the buses were leaving that I needed (111 from airport to Sand Lake SunRail with a transfer to 18 bus towards Meadow Woods. Every time I tried to open the app to get specific route information it closed right away. The only portion of the app that seem to work tracked where the buses were at any given tim but trying to get information like times that it would arrive, Bus stops or general schedule information, it was almost impossible to do that. I had better luck when I went to the GoLynx webpage to find the information I needed.
