Love the app, use it a few times every week. I learn so much about anatomy taking these classes that I feel like I have a whole new outlook on my body, a smarter and more confident outlook, for the better.

I subscribed to LYT over a year and a half ago and have been doing classes regularly ever since- anywhere between 3 to 6 times per week. I love that there is a new class every day. Those are the ones I usually do but I also love that there is a lot in the library in case you need it. $40 a month for this is a great price since drop in yoga classes in my area are $20 each minimum. I love Lara’s LYT method. She’s an excellent teacher. Her ability to teach well virtually is amazing. Lara, you are going to have to archive everything for when you eventually retire bc I will need access to the material lifelong. The changes I’ve made on the mat have improved my life off the mat 10 fold. Thank you!!!

Lara’s movement strategies with change your practice. After every class, I constantly am saying, “she’s a genius”. I’ve done countless core work in my day, but Lara’s ability to break movements down and explain the importance behind the action has been enlightening. I’ve never felt better on and off the mat as I do now with LYT daily classes.
