Theres bug on hiring new worker

Theres bug on hiring new worker, i already renew hiring new worker several time, but still cant upgrade any building.. please fix it, and on hard mode map 9-4 flame tiger HP is too much, mu BP is higher and use water element hero, but can only decrease 20% tiger health in 5 minute, thats too much!! Fix it too please
