When connect my step, my app turns off automaticly. Can you help me?

My M365 EU won’t connect
Recently bought an EU version Xiaomi M365 (location Belgium) and he wouldn’t connect with the app. Very sad, app looks great but doesn’t work for me.
Doesn’t work
Sadly my m365 pro can’t connect (EU), would really like to use the app!
Doesn’t connect to EU version (yet)
Sadly this app doesn’t connect to my scooter (EU version). The app is probably really good and will hopefully be restored in later versions. I’m not giving up yet 😊.

Connection seems to work on my m365 pro (EU- v1.6) but the information keep loading

Connects to eu scooter with no problem. No bugs with My iPhone 5s. No locking feature doh...

No connection with Xiaomi m365 european version
