L’application est bien mais leurs système de sécurité changement de code est autre est affreux pour changer mon code personnel a 6 chiffres qui m’empêche l’accès à mon compte j’ai besoins de me connecter pour changer le code en question du coup passage obligatoire appel à la banque démarche bla-bla-bla long chiant
Impossible d’activer la biométrie sur iPhone XR, les dev sont-ils restés bloqués en 2000 avec l’empreinte digitale seulement ?
The new version are worst with less functionality. And seriously where’s data budget ? All bank applications have it, it’s ridiculous that a bank as Credit Agricole don’t have it…
The number of time you have to identify is crazy. Worst is that even in the app after biometric and code you are still prompted to confirm with the securipass … which is biometric which you already passed. Also can’t edit planned transfers anymore, have to cancel and create new one! You ask a 5 year old to design the features ?? Or your dev are with another back and never use that app! In short you can check you balance and that’s it!
For some reason Credit Agricole has changed my branch to another location. I guess this is because I am linked to that branch as I am treasurer of a club and their account is located there. Despite using the correct login codes, I was told they were incorrect. There was a button to request another login code. I clicked on this, filled it in and clicked valider. Nothing happened. I tried again with the same result. When I tried a third time the keyboard on my iPad would not come up so I couldn’t type anything. This is a great app and is so useful to me but the technical people are always making a mess. Why can’t CA fix these things? Constantly fiddling with an app that works is not a good thing.
The new update was terrible, with all its stock photos getting in the way of actual banking. Now it won't even open. It just hangs up on the company logo. I can't verify online purchases because I can't access them. Plus my branch has cut its hours to almost never, even though I am expected to visit the branch to do things that I used to handle with a phone call. Plus I was reassigned from my previous, very good banker to someone who is completely unresponsive. I'm changing banks.
The new app is horrible. It doesn't orient for an iPad, just in portrait view. The old app was so much better and easier to navigate. CA really wasted a lot of money with this edition. They made something that worked very well into something very difficult and not user friendly.
I don’t get this. All my carefully input budget data appears to have disappeared. There’s no way, that I can discern, to set budgets and consult previous expenses by bucket (loisirs, habitation, alimentation etc). How is this app better? It appears to have less functionality and, what’s more, it’s clunky looking and way less elegant.
This app is not bad. I find it easy to manipulate and understand. How ever they needs improvement with sending a message it’s too limited with what you can send in.
