Can’t open an account says I already have one? Can’t retriever card number neither password it leads to 404 error page at anytime.

They won’t even credit your earned miles. This program, this app and this airline are trash

App does not update my Level status from Classic to Elite 🤔

This app just tell you the basic and there is nothing you can do in the app. Forgot downloading

Unable to update my profile details and cannot send a request to redeem the missing miles. The actual website needs a lot of updating as well. There is no need to use this app.

Cannot remove ads and retrieve detailed information of account. Very counterintuitive and frustrating.

Instead of asking Member Number to sign in, ask for something that is readily remember by the member, like name or email. Cuz when stuck with it, the aps wouldn’t even give option to recover it since it’s not asking for email where a member can right away change his password. Case in point, I’m stuck cuz i couldn’t find my Member Number /card anywhere.
