Maccaron skincare shopping

I reviewed this app a week ago or may be more than that but yet I don’t get my parcel and this app developer still wants me to wait while order was doneon 17th april. I order some products which i never received and there is no order history available in my order setting after this when I texted them and mailed them i never get any response till today and my order amount was 4.5k. Don’t buy anything from here specially MGS products.

I have ordered 5 products from macaron, only 1 product received, its a pre paid order, neither they are giving any response through email. They are scammers, be aware !!

Very did with this app. Orders can’t even be tracked. Also, the customer care service is of no use. Never responds on time. Had high hopes for this app however, I’m super disappointed now.

I ordered two MGS products and they have been delayed for almost two weeks! They haven’t even been shipped! I try to reach o it the customer service through chat but no response. Every damn time. I try to reach out to them through mail. They responded at first and then just left me in the middle hanging without any answer. Those two orders are worth 2000₹ and I don’t know when I’m even going to get them! The worst customer service. Very irresponsible. I get that it’s international shipping but it’s LITERALLY been a month and a half almost since order! Waste of my money, I love Korean skin care and I’m a student that saves up money every month to buy them and now it’s wasted.

I ordered two deos and they where supposed to be shipped in march , but its almost about to be more than a month but there is no update on the delivery and the customer service keeps repeating ta same thing again and again. It is a MGS order and i spent aroun 1400 i still dont know anything about my order.

Initially it was good but now they are just looting you. I placed an order on their website on 21st March for a sunstick which i still haven’t received. I asked them for an update; nothing. I asked them to cancel the order and process my refund they are refusing that as well. They have the worst customer care ever. They keep saying that we are working on it we are working on it but refuse to let me know any realtime updates. Please save your money, don’t fall for it like i did.

I would have given minus If there was an option. They are only cheating people through their MGS orders. It’s been more than a month since I placed an MGS order. Neither did they send the product nor did they refund my money.

I have ordered skin care worth 6000 it’s been 10 days I have no updates. Their customer service is horrible. I’m never ordering from Maccaron again. I need my refund asap.
