CEASED PUBLICATION

They took my money, ceased publication according to Zinio Pro and Apple refuses to refund. Why is this still on the App Store??

App Needs Fixing

On previous versions of this app I have had great delight in reading the magazine. Currently I am paying for a subscription but I am unable to download an issue. You select to download and the wheel appears but it does nothing, no download. I have deleted the app in the hope this would correct the issue but no the same thing keeps occurring. Please, please correct this bug so that I can read the magazine or I will be forced to cancel my subscription.

Subscribed, but keeps losing details and keeps asking me to pay/subscribe again.

Can't login

Although iTunes shows that I have paid a subscription I can't login to view the issues. I completed the procedure to email a new password to me but 24 hours later nothing has arrived. I did get a reminder to renew my subscription though.

Latest issue unavailable

Last update (7 March) will not present the latest issue for download, currently April 2015 - it will not proceed past the March 2015 edition. Please fix.

Buggy

Seriously buggy app! I'm a subscriber but had to delete the app in order to get my 2015 editions to show up. I also had to go through "restore my iTunes purchases" several times before the app actually did. Considering this app is for a Mac magazine that offers technical advice its a very embarrassing app to have an association with!
