Keep crashing unable to upload selfie & not able to complete registration

Interested in some extra work, tried to register several times for the 1st time but after completing the initial form and trying to submit its asking me for my artist ID (which I obviously don’t have). Deleted the app and uploaded again and resubmitted the same information but can’t get further than the 1st page

Every time I go to sign up and create a profile I am able to fill in all of the sections however when I go to press the create profile button the app shuts down and won’t let me back on it.

Tried to sign up and once you hit Register after spending ages typing it all in on their stupid system it just closes the app. Sod it then.

No matter how many times I try to update my profile it doesn’t receive any changes and keep saying some error occurred that won’t let me add information !

This doesn’t follow even basic readability guidelines. Doesn’t conform to the standard Apple toolbox. Text can’t be resized & is often on low contrast backgrounds. Basically unusable for anyone without 2020 vision, rather ironically.

Probably the most important category will crash the app when selecting anything from your appearance category. How do we fix?

I haven’t had the app long so I don’t really know how it works, however I can’t seem to change my appearance qualities within the app itself. I wanted to add my hair colour, eye colour etc but every time I try and save the preferences it kicks me out the app so I’m unable to do so. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks.

App crashes when trying to edit the profile. Was fine before, maybe this can be looked at and rectified.

It has good information and allows for communication, but when clicking on things in the app it usually comes up blank or constantly loading, and even though my notifications are on I never receive any to my phone.
