I honestly regret paying for this app - and I am saying this as a big fan of Maddie's YouTube videos. I was surprised that there was no trial period but the questionnaire asked you about your fitnes level, what you want to focus on etc.I assumed there would be a lot of different programs for all levels and exercise customisation. But the options are VERY limited. You can't customise pretty much anything - you have several programs that you can choose from, you can't filter out anything that is not suitable for you (if you need knee-friendly exercices or no jumping, f.ex.), workout durations, equipment that you have etc. There's only one program for beginners for 4 weeks (and it's rather repetitive), and once you're done with it you don't really have other options because all other programs are already built for people who are already used to training for 30 mins 5-6 times a day. The app is generally very raw, and I wrote all the feedback to the support team and received a very general reply, so I am not sure any of the needed improvements will be introduced soon. I really don't see any value in this app when you have a MUCH better variety of exercises on Madfit's YouTube channel for free.
This app simply has the right tools such as Lifestyle, Fitness Level, Sleep Patterns and Goals however as soon as you fill that in, it demands payment without you even checking the workouts like other fitness apps.
