Spicy fun workouts!

This online platform is straightforward and easy to use. They are always adding new classes too! The price can’t be beat for the value. It’s super easy to follow along and they have very inclusive groups for you to follow along with. The redroom classes fire me up, the slow flow keeps me moving when I’m not up for gettin wild and they just added choreo classes too! A fun upbeat positive workout app for anyone looking to shake it at home. I am always recommending madhouse to friends and absolutely recommend it to you too! If you’re curious there’s a few freebies in the app and also on their YouTube channel.
