This app is intended for basic, advanced and professional users who can connect their smartphones to the Madoka controller using Bluetooth low energy technology.
Thanks to the Madoka assistant app, the users will have access to an intuitive and user-friendly interface to configure the Madoka controller, hence easier and time saving setting and commissioning.
Basic users can use the app to control all basic parameters of their system in a visually appealing interface.
Advanced users can also use the app to monitor and control the unit operation. Moreover, they will have access to more advanced settings such as date, time and setback.
Professional users will have additional access to extended features related to commissioning and maintenance. You can configure all parameters of the system without hassle and are able to mirror settings to multiple controllers, saving time in the process.
Note: for the Human Comfort Interface (BRC1HHDA*), the app only allows updating the firmware of the controller. No other functionality is available.

New update - significant improved
Much neater interface with more functionality - keep up the good work/improvements
Like others said- unreliable for the most basic functions
There’s 2 of us using this, which is basically impossible. The app on my phone doesn’t detect the panel, so impossible to control. What do I do now? Plain outrageous being the only option to use my device to provide such a bad service
Controls issue
I have the app on iPhone and it won’t let me clear filter clean notification.

The app is quite glitchy and takes ages to load
Clunky
Really clunky app that just doesn’t really work properly. Schedule settings are over complicated and don’t work properly. Expect a fair amount better
Code error u4
Without using the app the aircon works fine, connected to the app the aircon doesn’t work, warning signs doesn’t stop showing up. I believe it’s the update. Please fix all issues and this app would be the best out there.
App unreliable
Every time I want to turn on or off the air con in a room I need to restart the app for it to work. This is the core and most basic functionality, you have to fix this asap!
Just stopped working!
Cannot connect to my AC no support Just Rubbish
Rubbish
Scheduling disabled from iPhone 12 no way to enable it. Waste of the entire VRF system if can’t schedule it - need to operate it manually. Wild!
