Poor help line representative service
Maestro pizza has a terrible call center service. I ordered from their website and i didn’t get the ordered items. After 2 hours it was written on the tracking status, that your order has been delivered. I called their help line. At first, the lady representative wasn’t in mood to listen to my queries. She took my contact number and put me on hold. I waited for 10 mins on call and she hung up the call. I tried several times to contact their help line again but after the beep the call was constantly declined by the representative. Awful service. Destroyed my mood. Never gonna order from maestro again! Then I ordered domino’s. Coz domino’s ❤️
