If you dont have staff , please dont accept the order. The online tracking never works. Guy tells me that my location is Dubai hence it will be delayed. Be careful guys before ordering. Its my last order on Maestro.

Borders a pizza and got a wrong one due to some weird error at checkout and time delay. Instead of exchanging the pizza the customer service was like it is not our problem.. I order every week twice! Thanks bye
I ordered a single pizza and came to pick it up an hour later, only to be told that my order hadn't gone through their system, so it was never prepared. If you order here, be prepared for a long wait. For pick-up orders, definitely call ahead to confirm, otherwise, you might end up waiting in line. I waited about 45 minutes. LOL
I ordered a pizza and made payment online on app it showed 40 minutes. After payment was done and order was replaced I got a call from their restaurant branch that we are crowded and order will take more than hour. If I would know that it will take more than hour I have not ordered it. Now I am stuck they took the payment and I had to wait. If it’s for one hour you app should say your order will take one hour not after you receive payment.
I place an order, it took 1 hour and 30 min for delivery to call, although i call restaurant and they told i will receive in 5 min, actually delivery guy call after 40 min from my call, tracking in application not working, i will never order again
Not a single time I ordered , I got my correct order , and simple mistake , huge mistake I order ultra thin I get normal , I order without onion I get extra onion ! Not once and not twice , I even raised a complain and no one actioned anything . And the pizza gets delivered cold and tastes bad . Do not order from them .
I love love love the pizzas. After I boycott I tried this place and honestly fell in love with it more than any other place I used to like. 100% recommend. I would just love if you added a Hawaiian pizza though or just and extra option to add pineapple because it’s my favorite. Other than that I’m very happy with my experience with you guys.
I have the app and theyre listed on Talabat too Ordered a pizza at 10pm with an expected time of 30mnts on app After calling them at 11pm they told me the branch closed due to emergency so we will shift the order and it will take another 30mnts After calling them again at 11:45pm they said it will take another 15 mnts because they didnt have a rider For 1 order i had to wait 2 hours clueless as ti why and how theres a delay when the Branch is next to the hotel i was at. Pathetic service and response
