No support and the maps don’t sync to strava.
this app doesn’t do much more than connect to device (H64) in my case and give reading but it needs an email account - why, what would be the point? not going to use it and would only use with my 190 bike and M8 elliptical - works with them but not jrny app so don’t buy it for that
It’s not clear to me what use this app is. It connects to the Magene sensor and shows the instantaneous data, but there’s no indication it has any functionality as far as updating the firmware. I recommend you skip this app (and the dubious Chinese company), and just use something like the Wahoo app to record your speed/cadence for workouts. Of note: all links to their privacy policy page come up blank for me.
No app radar display after v1.6 (so i have to buy bike computer) No light mode control after v1.6.
An attempt to update my new L508 radar gave me an error and made the device unusable. Connecting it via USB-C to a computer seemed to fix the problem, but I will not be using the app again
For a company this size this is an embarasment this should have been fixed in a week.
I downloaded the app to check/update the firmware (as they recommend) for the cadence sensor. The app found the sensor after taking out and reinstalling the batter a few times , but there is no option to check/update firmware. I figured if I created a login profile that might help, but couldn’t even accomplish that. If the device itself is as incompetent, it will be going back.
