It doesn’t allow you to create a new account

Not letting me create an account. Called customer support but no action taken in last 1 week. Don’t allow them to put their chargers in your premise.

I’ve been trying to register a new account and I can’t tap on the sign up link so the app is useless for new customers

Unable to register on the app.

Does not have Ather make which is surprising considering majority of electric scooters in our apartments are ather. Please add ather to the options.

Should I pay bribe to account activated??? I am trying to register and don’t receive SMS at all

Not at all a good app. Keeps on crashing and most of the options are blank. Even search option is blank and keeps on crashing.

Tried using it at the Fern Lonavla wasted 30 mins and no luck Pathetic service kept on waiting but charging did not start Don’t use their service

I don’t know why they have a app when we can’t see a station detail. I doubt it will work at the time of charging at the station. Can’t rely on them.

Very user friendly, and magenta has very good service
