Not able to see the updated latest sets of cards even on paid premium version

Not able to see the updated sets. paid for the premium ipad version but still not able to see the latest sets. not friendly to create deck list as well as multiple entries allowed

My phone cannot open the app when I press on it,it will be in a black screen and then send me back to the home screen after just updating it my iOS is 4.3.1 pls do something with it
