Magic Packet - Wake On Lan WOL

It works as intended. To turn on your pc from your bed or wherever. It says in the description that you have the choice to turn the pc off as well. That is not the case. I’ve tried reaching out to the developer multiple times but still no response. Is this app maybe dead with no new updates? I’m not sure but it would be nice to get a response.

This app is simply brilliant and works entirely as advertised. I use it daily and it hasn’t let me down yet. Well done to developer. I used to use Mocha WOL but this app is simpler to setup and use in a daily basis. Installing the server now to try WOL over lan and shutdown functionality (which can then replace Off Remote Pro). This app has it all.

Die App ist so vollkommen super, Allerdings funktioniert es leider nicht immer so wie es eigentlich sollte. Allerdings funktionieren die Funktionen meisten erst nachdem der Rechner einmal an war. Und auch nur wenn ich mit meinen IPhone im Heim WLAN bin.

App macht was sie soll, nur nicht wenn man per VPN mit dem Heimnetz verbunden ist. Im Wlan geht es, aber da kann ich meine NAS auch so ein und aus schalten.

Wie beschrieben mit „magie“. 1.99€ in sand und es geht nicht egal was versucht wurde. Daher nicht empfohlen

The UI looks really good and is quite usable as well. I don‘t regret paying for it even though it only does WOL but would have preferred to know about the restrictions that apply to WOL over the internet. My router (AVM Fritz Box 7590) does not allow custom ARP table entries and thus won‘t redirect the packages. if you plan on using it as a remote switch at home I‘d say go for it but if you want to use it over the internet you should first check your routers capabilities.

Super App werde sie dennoch wegen Russland und den damit verbundenen Gefahren deinstallieren.

Funktioniert wie es soll. Nur eine Ping Funktion fehlt mir noch. Ansonsten wunderbar 👌 Edit: Leider stürzt die App nach dem ersten Start ab. Beim zweiten Mal geht’s normal.
