Outrageous pricing!
$7.99 per week for a app remote that only one person can use, when the physical one cost $20-$30. I’ll go back to the shop and buy a new physical remote.
Tv advertising channels
Does signing up to the app stop you from getting advertisements on the 100+ channels or is that only for the app on your phone that doesn’t get advertisements? Would be good if you could pay a fee to not get advertisements 👌🏼🙂 Cheers
Garbage
Works sometimes constantly disconnected from the tv and there support team was useless they asked for a pic of my tv screen and told me the literal exact same thing I told them 😤
Overwhelmed with ads
Free version fires off ads or requests to get you to upgrade every chance it gets. Pretty annoying when you’re just trying to change the volume on your tv. Fair enough developers need to get paid but unless you want to pay for this app I’d skip the free version.

Don’t waste your time. All of these 5 star reviews have to be fake. No one in their right mind would pay $24/month for a remote app on their phone
Unable to connect
Unable to connect iPhone 15 IOS 18.1 with Samsung Q70AA series smart tv with AT&T fiber optics gateway WiFi. Tried every suggested procedure. Contacted Support twice with no response or refund of annual fee. Do not recommend. BTW Samsung SmartThing iPhone app has a wonderful remote feature that works as well as actual OEM remote
